Blizzards of fun

I checked out the Blizzard Entertainment page, www.blizzard.com and noticed something exciting. They're hiring everyone necessary for a new game. Leaves me wondering just what that game will be. Blizzard's other new project, Starcraft:Ghost, still looks dead in the water. Blizzard switched developers for Ghost in the summer of last year and it seems the new developer has still not picked up the ball. Picking up a game from another developer is admittly, a job in itself. There are so many details that are added on a personal level that must be learned by the new staff, so that process itself could take months. The problem is, it has been months and no word has been given on Ghost from Blizzard. The last official announcement was in May 2004 for the last E3. The last announcement after that was the one decrying that Nhilistic would no longer be developing the game.(An answer was quietly added to the FAQ about the change) Ghost is looking to be a great game, so this has me nervous about its future, delayed or even there at all.

In other news, I'm very excited about Glenn Close joining the cast of The Shield on FX. I'm getting very antsy waiting for the new season.
